Diana was great and very helpful. But your checking process needs work. 12 cars showing up at 7:30 with two people to get them in is ridiculous. I sat for 2 hours before I could leave with the loaner. And if a customer tells you on the phone they need a loaner, they should be told to bring their declaration page. Once they are there, it’s too late. That would be common sense. I was offered a wash and vacuum. It was Not done. It was sent back in and the guy half-assed the wash and vacuum. 5 extra minutes would have been great customer service. But it appeared that you don’t really give a xxxx.

I was impressed with the level of service I initially received when test driving and then buying my new Kia recently. However, when I had to return the car for a minor repair, the service was very slow. The same problem has occurred and though I called both the service manager and the sales associate who sold me the car yesterday, I've never received any acknowledgement of that call. So not very happy with Jim Ellis right now.
