GOODWILL service

Jason was very helpful in every way. Jason understood the issue that I was having with the leaking windshield from the seal. He applied for a goodwill for me to have it replaced. Later that day Jason call to let me know that everything will be taken care of and that the parts are on order. I will receive and a call with the appointment time once everything is here. There will be zero cost to me to fix this issues Thank you Jason and Kia. FYI I own 2 KIAs and enjoy the cars and the service.

Bought the Kia Seltos

My husband and I were in the market for the Kia Seltos and originally did not want to go into a dealership. We had already been to another Kia dealership and had the typical aggressive and pushy salesmen experience so we were not trying to undergo that again. We went in with a pre-approval from Capital One so it made our decision to go to Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw easier because we knew I would be approved. Brett Jones was our Kia brand specialist and he really knew what he was talking about, was very friendly, gave us a great test drive, and not pushy. The manager Matt Rock even introduced himself to us from the start, was fast with his decisions, and helped us get to the price point we wanted quickly. I don't recall the name of the finance manager but he advised me after I was approved through Capital One that if I went through Kia I could have an even lower interest rate which was thoughtful. I was also introduced to Mikey Downs, the service advisor. I have never been introduced to the person who would be servicing my car at a dealership and that made me feel more comfortable because I HATE any car problems because of my previous experiences so they intimidate me. I can honestly say that the staff at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw were all so easy to talk to openly about what we wanted, they accommodated us, and the whole process was so much faster than I have ever experienced. I highly recommend buying your car here!
