Had an update on my 2020 Kia Soul plus 5000 mile service....

Had an update on my 2020 Kia Soul plus 5000 mile service. Worked mainly with Diana and she was wonderful! Comfortable service room and time passed quickly. I will definitely use this Kia dealership again.

I have always had a great experience at the service...

I have always had a great experience at the service center. I have been greeted immediately, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, my service rep (Diana Bell) was knowledgeable. When I called to book the appointment I was routed to VW service instead of KIA service. Called again the next day when the KIA scheduler was back in the office and she booked me an appointment for a week later. My service rep called me later the following day and got me an appointment for the next day!

It's an amazing car buying experience for us. We did all the negotiations online, texts and e-mails and the transaction went smoothly. Zee responded quickly to our inquiries and Katy delivered our "new" car to our home in a safely and timely manner . Overall, Excellent communication, attention to customers, transparency and the service is outstanding.

Lavar Frederick is my service guy, and he has been excellent! The reason I bought a new car was to not visit service centers as much. Fortunately all has been covered under warranty, that concerns me for when the warranty runs out.

OK but could improve

My 2018 KIA is still on warranty. When I had a problem and explained it thoroughly, they did not fix it and said they could not reproduce the problem. The customer service is great but I needed to have my car's issue fixed too! I heard many times that KIAs are good cars. Maybe the new ones are but the warranty service part did not help me this time.

The staff are caring and courteous. The mechanic was knowledgeable about the issues with my car and the repair was quick and inexpensive. They always wash the car before I get it back.
