Services department was relatively quick for an oil...

Services department was relatively quick for an oil change (45 minutes). People were friendly and waiting room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to friends.

The whole service department is well run and friendly....

The whole service department is well run and friendly. Jason Dale goes above and beyond by knowing me by name and by my car. He does not try to upsell me on the service and is very knowledgeable about what my car really needs. They keep my car healthy and treat me with respect!

Katy was attentive and patient. I test drove a lot of cars, even went to lunch and came back and she was just as nice. She also knew the features and described them well. I would recommend her. Was a great and understanding sales team. Mike Boyd on the other hand should step back and work on his approach. He basically told me that my car needed an update even though my car was in service 2 weeks ago. I could check the computer and software is up to date. Upon googling and talking to others, the Apple car play not working is a known issue with Kia’s. We will see if the service team is able to turn this around and fix the issues my vehicle has been having, most concerned with the transmission.

We are very pleased to receive your 5 star rating and to hear of your positive recommendation of our sales team and experience. In reference to the issues your vehicle is experiencing, we are certain our service professionals will be able to diagnose the cause of your issues and produce a remedy. There are 58 manufacturers that have over 600 Car Play-compatible car models. Most all of the 58 manufacturers who offer Apple Car Play will have or are having connecting problems at one time or another and these issues are normally due to Bluetooth connection problems or the iPhone software needing updated (latest version of iOS), or the Car Play system within the vehicle needing updated (firmware updates) because of the technology advancing at such a rapid pace. Engine computer diagnostics will not be able to determine if a vehicle’s stereo firmware needs to be updated. Thank you for your feedback! Madison, you clearly didn’t read the review fully and I have opened up a case with Kia Consumer and may have to escalate further. The issue to Apple CarPlay should have been disclosed. Further, Mike, the manager, somehow was UNAWARE of an issue with Apple CarPlay but everyone else some how knew!? Okay! Additionally, my Apple CarPlay was not fixed as they didn’t install an update as it was for on lot vehicles only, which is where my car was before buying. Let’s add that when I called Kia consumer, they were confused as to who told y’all this that it was open for all cars and they were confused as to why you didn’t install the fix! I’ll be submitting a new dealer rating that relates to the severe disconnect between all the departments.
