We are very impressed with Jim Ellis Kia. Mike Boyd, the GM, was very professional and customer friendly in helping us work through the entire purchase process. Can't say enough good things about Mike...he's terrific. Our Sales Rep Bryson Smith was terrific as well. His knowledge of the Telluride EX and its features, technology, and safety characteristics is very impressive...plus he was very patient in helping us learn how to set up and use everything. He is a genuine sales professional, competent, friendly and responsive. Finally, our business/financing rep, Brandon Pond, was also very competent, friendly and thorough in explaining and executing the various documents required to handle the trade-ins and purchase process. He's got a lot of capability and a bright business future. All in all, we are extremely pleased with our experience in dealing with Jim Ellis Kia and will strongly recommend it to our friends and family who are considering an automobile transaction in the future.

Service Advisor Diana

Dropped my Sorento off for service recall. Diana my Service Advisor was wonderful. She took immediate care of me and got me in and out of the Dealership quickly. Diana called me twice to keep me updated and informed of the progress of my vehicle. This is a refreshing change from other Dealerships. I recommend Jim Ellis Kia if you own a Kia to have it maintain and ask for Diana,

The only feedback I have is about the pricing. This...

The only feedback I have is about the pricing. This location has repeatedly talked down about having my car serviced outside the dealership, yet I was quoted $750 for a brake and transmission flush with the dealership and $330 to have the same work done at a reputable maintenance chain. I did not ask Kia to give justification for the large price difference but the price is solely why the work was taken elsewhere.

Best experience ever for buying a car. Started off on the internet. Bryson Smith was attentive, honest and fast. Found what I wanted and got a great price. I was only at the dealership about an hour to do the paperwork. Met the Mgr, Service Mgr, service tech before leaving.
