I had an issue with the engine in my 2014 optima, they paid for a rental for me to drive for a week while they got the new engine shipped and installed. All I had to do was get the car to them and pick it up when they were done, it was an extremely smooth experience, Lavar in their service department made sure I always knew what was going on thought the whole process. Great customer service and great work done on the car

Katy is a treasure to the world of car sales. She does her job in such a down-to-earth way, you aren't pressured at all to buy, and if you do buy, much as the case with me, you drive out feeling like you made the right choice. If you ever need a new car, Kia or otherwise, I urge you to seek out Katy at the Kia Dealership in Kennesaw. You'll not only leave a nice, shiny new vehicle, but with a new friend, if you don't already know her otherwise. Thank you for all of your patience as we perused the lot looking for that perfect car. I am in love with mine! 11/10, I would buy from Katy again, no matter where she sold cars! Extra kudos to the management there for not taking their jobs too seriously and being nice to your customers. I usually find managers to be uppity and come off as "I'm better than you." Not here, they act like a good person should, so there's that!

Fast Friendly Service!
First time to Jim Ellis Kia today for a simple oil change. I was able to schedule ahead online which was nice. When I arrived I was greeted and taken care of quickly, given a tour of the facility and kept up to date on the status of my vehicle. My service advisor was super nice, as were the receptionists and my vehicle was washed and vacuumed before it was returned to me. Glad to know I have a trust worthy dealership nearby when my car needs service!
