I was very pleased with the staff at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. They had the Kia i was interested in waiting for my test drive. After test drive, i thanked the salesman and told him i would make my decision and call on Monday. He did not pressure me of try to get me to buy the vehicle NOW. He respected my decision. Well, i bought the 2018 Kia Sorento.

I don't like when a dealership adds things to a car that...

I don't like when a dealership adds things to a car that I don't want, don't like, and would never ask for, then expects me to pay 10x the price for them. The car wasn't fully prepped when I got it - there was trash in the console and plastic film stuck all over the interior and under the hood. Plus, in spite of me asking them to fully charge it before I got it, it was delivered to me with about 87 miles of charge left on it. Their inattention to detail made a bad impression, and I'll find somewhere else to have it serviced rather than risk substandard service again.

Jason was amazing! I always feel uneasy coming to the service department of a dealership because it's easy to get ripped off. I didn't feel that way at all with Jason.
