Excellent experience all around! Erika & Greg were the...

Excellent experience all around! Erika & Greg were the ones to help me out and both did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and providing me with all the info I needed. I would recommend both of them and the dealership to anyone. When I first arrived but confused where to go a gentleman stepped out and helped me figure out where I needed to go and asked me if I wanted any beverages or snacks. Then Greg came in and he took care of me. Told me I could make myself at home have a seat and if I wanted and drinks or food. I was nervous not gonna lie but the people especially Greg made it a lot easier for me. Thank you again!

Nice showroom, relaxing atmosphere. All the people associated with the dealership where cordial and friendly. Due to the model of Kia we purchased I found it difficult to negotiate for any kind of options or concessions.

Very quick turnaround. Good communication and overall customer service. Was expecting to drop the car off overnight but they performed the service within about an hour. Returned the car cleaner than I brought it.

Greg was amazing! No pressure sales tactics really made for a great experience. We had to visit the dealership several times in order to find the car we wanted. Greg was very good to call and keep us updated anytime a new telluride arrived.

This was our first trip to Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw, but...

This was our first trip to Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw, but I am sure it will NOT be our last! I have bought many new vehicles over the years and this was one of the most stress free purchases that we have ever had. Katherine and Ellie were wonderful! Everything thing we discussed on the phone was delivered as promised. The vehicle we selected even had extra dealer add-ons that we didn't even know about until we arrived on the lot and saw the vehicle. Got a great deal and it was worth the 2 hour + drive from Augusta to deal with them! We have absolutely nothing but glowing compliments for the whole experience. Well Done!

First oil change and tire rotation

I bought my 3rd Kia Soul from them and it was a wonderful experience. I just took it in for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. They were super friendly and kept me posted on the progress. I must confess that I have been leery of using dealerships in the past for regular service. However, the Jim Ellis Kia staff did an exceptional job and I am thrilled to be part of the Jim Ellis "family".
