Jason is AWESOME!..... HE HAS AN AWESOME PERSONALITY AND SHOWS CARE AND CONCERN LOVE HIM!...I was not feeling well on one of my visits to Kia,Jason made sure I was comfy and made me some tea ,checked on me to make sure I was ok.

Awful experience. Tried to get me to replace my alternator when all I needed was a battery.

I would first like to say that Jim Ellis dealerships...

I would first like to say that Jim Ellis dealerships overall provide a great experience. I have purchased my last four vehicles through a Jim Ellis dealer. That being said, the Jim Ellis Kia staff were the best. The experience was very low key and relaxed without once feeling stressful. The Jeep was exactly as described and was and excellent deal. I appreciate the entire staff and their professionalism and customer service but special thanks to Kevin. Glad I chose this dealership.
