Greg was awesome! This was my first purchase of a KIA. Greg listened to what I wanted and understood what my budget was. He was very knowledgeable and made my car buying experience very smooth. We purchased a Kia Soul that we found online. There were a few hurdles to jump through because we needed to ship the car to Virginia and register it here. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The numerous online pictures were extremely helpful in making the decision to purchase without seeing the car in person. The car arrived in even better condition than expected. Extremely happy with the purchase. Great value and service!

Called to make appointment for recall inspection. I asked...

Called to make appointment for recall inspection. I asked how long the inspection would take, and was told someone from service would call to give me an idea how long I'd need to leave the vehicle. I never received a call. When I arrived, I was told it would take 3 hours. As for the experience, Lisa was professional and courteous, and provided a full inspection report on my vehicle once I picked it up.
