Since 2014 Kia has service my cars with the utmost professional service. I can not say enough about Ms. Diana Bell, she takes the time to explain about the repairs that will be done to your vehicle. Diana keeps you inform about your wait time.

We purchased a Kia Soul that we found online. There were a few hurdles to jump through because we needed to ship the car to Virginia and register it here. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The numerous online pictures were extremely helpful in making the decision to purchase without seeing the car in person. The car arrived in even better condition than expected. Extremely happy with the purchase. Great value and service!

Called to make appointment for recall inspection. I asked how long the inspection would take, and was told someone from service would call to give me an idea how long I'd need to leave the vehicle. I never received a call. When I arrived, I was told it would take 3 hours. As for the experience, Lisa was professional and courteous, and provided a full inspection report on my vehicle once I picked it up.
