Mark was the one who assisted me at my visit. Very personable & NOT pushy. He informed me of the things that need to be done with my vehicle but did not pressure me since I was really only there for an oil change..lol Nice family-type atmosphere as well :)

Did not do car wash or vacuum car. Finance member was supposed to email info on a extended warranty and ever did. They don’t seem to care much about customers once the deal is sold.

Everyone in the service department is extremely nice and thorough but it’s always a good day to see Lavar I love working with him. However this Kia could either offer coupons more often or drop the oil change price about $10-$15. Lets keep the $50 oil change and tire rotation going!

Driver side mirror (black in color) was being replaced...
Driver side mirror (black in color) was being replaced under warranty for motor failure. The service advisors were very nice and professional; they took care of everything including getting me a ride home and back when the car was ready. The problem was when I looked the car over I immediately noticed the service techs replace my black mirror with a brown one. So I ended up waiting around for another half hour for them to change the color cap back to the original color.
