I was impressed by everyone working there. I was very happy with the COVID prevention measures being taken and the friendliness of all the workers. Lavar anticipated my needs and was kind to remind me to be sure I had a key to get into my house upon arranging a Lyft ride home. I was not expecting to need service on my vehicle and the staff made this unexpected issue much easier to deal with.

Alfredo was courteous and not pushy. He followed up a couple of times pre-sale, let me move at my own pace. The sale was straight forward and all price quotes were on point. He also took the time to follow up post sale which I truly appreciated, especially since I was buying a BMW from a Kia dealer.
