We had an excellent buying experience at Jim Ellis Kia. We started our search online and used the texting service to negotiate our price on the new Kia Stinger. We live out of state and wanted everything to be locked down by the time we came to buy. It was a smooth process. Zee and Hector were excellent in ensuring we were taken care. A huge thanks to Mike and Hector for staying after hours to get us locked down with our new car. Would highly recommend and great pricing! Go ask for Hector the next time you are in need for a new car!!

Had problem getting someone to call me back. for appointment . Took 3 days to get part.Had rear brakes done . When i went to pay bill , service adv. didn’t tell me about the coupon on the brake job ,I had to tell her about it. Not good customer service

Great very attentive and knowledgeable. I would come back and refer people. Did not wait very long before I was helped and got a test drive in 15 mins. My only complaint is that the dealership should let you know before they put a dealership sticker on your car.
