Great service every time I’m there. I never feel like they try to over sell me when I’m in just for some basic maintenance. Even have free Uber to and from while maintenance is done if you live close! Camille is awesome, ask for her!

Very welcoming place, I met the service manager (Chris) in the area where you pull up. I thought he was just a worker because he was pulling the cars in and putting the stuff in them. Very nice and welcoming. The staff is better now than ever. There is just a different vibe when I go there. I like it. Everyone was great. Thank you for being the best kia place I have been 💘

I purchased my used 2016 Kia Sorento from Ed Voyles in 2018; unfortunately, it is almost impossible to get a service appointment in their shop in a timely manner. As a result, I went to Jim Ellis to get my car serviced. I was fortunate to work with Jason Dale who is an amazingly knowledgeable and helpful service advisor. He walked me through what I needed to do to get my car up to snuff. In addition, he made me feel like I was at home despite buying my car from another dealer. I really like Kia automobiles, and I'm sure that I will get another one in the future. If service like Jason provided is the way Jim Ellis does business then I know I want to buy my next car from their dealership. Great job all around. Thanks Jason!!!

The engine blow up because a poor design. KIA has recalled other cars with same engine but not the Kia forte!!!! Jim Ellis Kia did NOTHING! They blamed it on the oil changing company that i use. It just goes to show that Kia and Jim ellis does not give a $$$$ about its customers. This was the first and last Kia i will ever buy! Buyer beware!!!!!!!

We extremely regret the trouble you had with your Kia Forte. Jim Ellis Kia, and Kia Motors would have been glad to help you in any way that we could if it had been possible. Unfortunately, there were no records with Kia or with our dealership that you had provided the recommended maintenance and oil changes required to maintain your warranty protection. Your vehicle had 97,000 miles on it, you were not the original owner, and you did not have an extended protection plan. The 10yr/100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty only exists with the original owner, and with subsequent owners it stops at 60,000 miles. Be that as it may, Jim Ellis Kia and Kia Motors were willing to try to get your engine covered as a good-will claim, if you could have shown that the vehicle had been maintained and the oil changed within the recommended scheduled intervals. With no supporting records to show the engine was protected with regular oil and filter changes, there was nothing we could do to help unfortunately. Without the necessary oil and filter changes, the engine is exposed to increased wear and tear damage outside of the norm which could lead to engine failure. In order to keep manufacturer warranties from being voided, maintenance records are imperative. Again, we regret the experience you had with your Kia Forte, and we apologize we could not help you more in the situation. - Madison Magnus, Customer Relations Manager
