Jimmy H was the best!! From the test drive of a telluride...

Jimmy H was the best!! From the test drive of a telluride to the week wait for my brand new one to get delivered to walking me through all the bells and whistles.... he was patient, kind, and was always there to answer any questions I had! And Chris, in finance, was great too! Everyone from the front desk girl to the general manager were all friendly and made us feel like this was the right place to purchase our new car!! Would definitely recommend everyone by their car from here!!!

Well trained and able staff

I visited multiple Kia dealerships before making a decision to purchase. The staff at JE Kia of Kenessaw is very professional and stays engaged from the initial conversation to handing over the car keys. They addressed all my needs. Delivered the car on time, in clean condition, and also gave me a free JE package discount. It added tints, a lifetime powertrain warranty, door safety covers, paint and indoor protection, and free Key FOB. What can you ask more? And to tell you one more thing, they gave me a tank filled with gas and also put Nitro Gas in my tires. I am definitely their lifelong customer already. And my new Kia Seltos is amazing! and yes Brandon is a super star!

Thoroughly enjoyed service. Jason was very capable, explained everything in detail, offered refreshments and got me a great ride home. When I picked up my Sportage, was pleasantly surprised at the cost.. love my Kia and looking forward to working with Ellis again...

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE

Dropping off my car was seamless. i dropped it off at 8:30 am with Camille was told it would be about two hours which was fine because i had planned to pick it up after 1:00. Around 1:30 i called to make sure it was ready as i had not gotten the call saying so... i called no less than 10 times with no answer from service. on one of the phone calls the receptionist said i can see this person at their desk i will send you there again no answer. i deiced to just go up there when i walked in there are three people sitting at their desk and i said i have called 10 time with no answer and the reply i got was well no one is here to answer the phone!! Diana helped me who is always wonderful. she was the only saving grace
