Simple, Pleasant Experience

I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and how much I was looking to pay. Curtis was very easy to work with, answered every question, & made me feel welcome. He & Matt Rock were able to work an offer in my price range and we got it done. Mike in Finance was also great as we completed paperwork. Very low stress for a car buying experience.

Greg was amazing! Took great care of me during the purchasing process. I came to the dealership knowing what model I wanted but he helped find the trim package, exterior color and interior color. Communicated every step of the way. My mother plans on buying her next car with Greg! When Greg was busy he had Jimmy help us, Jimmy was great too! Chris in the finance department was a hoot too!

While the customer service here is great, the practice put into place since the Coronavirus pandemic began is not good. I had my temperature taken and verified, but then you go in to the “office / waiting area” spots- You get smashed into a teeny office where the people are NOT doing social distancing or even wearing face masks. Inside. In a TINY room! There must have been 14 people in there all crammed into a teeny space waiting for help or the cashier window- this to me was just plain dangerous. Why bother scanning your customer’s temperature if your reps aren’t bothering to wear a face mask?!!
