My issue was given full attention in a very timely and cordial manner. I appreciated Mark having a loaner car ready when my car was towed in and LaVar listened and understood my concerns and I left feeling confident that my issue would be resolved and it was by 10:00 the next morning.

Exceptional Service

I was scheduled promptly for service and greeted following CDC guidelines. Service Advisor Mark Lewis was professional, courteous, and understanding. Work done on my car was priced fairly and felt confidence in the recommendations given to make my care safe to drive and prolong longevity. I drive over an hour away to use this dealership, and I will continue to do so. The service ended with a car that was not only confidently serviced but detailed to look like new. Great people who seem to care

Very friendly. Was a recall appointment. I asked when I set up time if part was in and it was confirmed. Work was done and I was advised that part was not in. Ended up taking about 2 hours and have to come back.
