wonderful experience
Larry Whorley and the team at Jim Ellis exceeded my expectations! From my initial contact via text to the sales experience and closing, everything went smoothly. Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful, and honest. The price they gave me for the car I selected online was the price on the contract when I arrived (which I can't say about other dealers I have worked with). We were able to drive the car, complete the paperwork, and take delivery in only a few hours. Thanks, Larry and team!

Mark and Lisa in the service department both provided excellent customer service for me. There was a small problem with my brake pads after they were installed, and they advised me what to do, provided transportation so I could get to work, and fixed the problem free of charge. I felt well taken care of and like my business was appreciated.

PR Lavar!
Thank you Jim Ellis for following guidelines during this pandemic. Clearly we must have service centers as my son and I both brought our Sportages in together for oil changes. LAVAR made it fun, smooth, and convenient by calling a Lyft to take us to Target while waiting. We returned to see our clean, shiny cars pulled up and ready! THANK YOU Lavar!
