Ultimo Motors North Shore

I saw this neat little Red Corvette convertible on the net and thought I’d buy it. Called the dealership and Larry answered - told me he was looking at it as we spoke. The wife and I drove there and discovered the ‘Ultimate ‘ dealership. After a cool deal with Larry, we traded in our yellow vette for the red one. Very efficient and professional. Larry has been there before. Paperwork fast and efficient. Definitely will recommend Ultimo.

I got 5 star service and experience right from when I saw the car I wanted online to when I drove it off the lot (which is really a clean, well maintained, and well ventilated indoor facility!). I primary worked with Tasho, who was very responsive. We were able to negotiate a price all via email in a span of just a few hours, including a trade in value (for which Tasho let me mail in the title later, since I didn’t have it on hand. A testament to the trust he places on his customers). I drove over the next day and was greeted by Brian (who is also awesome, and helped with all the paper work). Took me 10 mins to test drive, and another 10 mins to agree on the deal (Tasho honored the trade in price quoted over email). It was a Saturday and they were short on staff, so it took another 2 hours to drive it off the lot, but the whole process from me finding the car online to driving it off the lot took just a little over 24 hours (I live 3 hours away). Post sale service is also exemplary. The car didn’t come with a spare key, but Tasho followed up later and told me that he is getting it from the dealer that sold him the car and would mail it to me. Brian followed up with more discounts on extended warranties. I highly recommend this place, for their hospitality, integrity, but also for the cars they have there. Most cars are just few thousand miles used and well optioned, saving you thousands off of a brand new car.

This is the same review posted on other review sites as well. Nothing but good stuff to say about my buying experience Ultimo. I called and worked with Tasho. I started by asking some questions about the car; some of the questions I knew the answer and was using them as a test to make sure they aren’t just trying to get a quick sale, and other genuine questions about condition/radom things regarding the vehicle. My questions were answered completely honestly. I presented an offer immediately, they countered immediately, and I put the deposit on that day (pending a clean ppi). The car was a little (3-4K) overpriced in my opinion, but I had been searching for these exact specs on this car for around 1.5 years and was willing to compromise. After deposit, the dealer took it for a ppi (pre-purchase inspection) at the local Audi dealer per their recommendation (the car was an Audi, obviously) . I requested they leave my information with the service advisor, which they did, and he called me so I could ask him some Audi specific questions. Everything came back pretty good and the car was back at the dealer the next day to proceed with the transaction. I wanted to finance 25% of the vehicle so I wired the large deposit and went to my bank. My bank required the title from the dealer to proceed with the loan, but the dealer didn’t have the title from the previous owners bank yet. Completely out of Ultimo’s control, but we waited a couple of days and Tasho was extremely patient with the situation. A couple days went by and Tasho suggested I finance through the dealership, I said why not let’s give it a try and ended up with a rate almost 1% lower than what my bank had offered, and the turnaround was quick. Paperwork was sent to me next day - I signed - sent back next day (all at the dealers expense of course). Paperwork was received back at the dealer on a Monday, and the car was loaded up onto a private carrier later that day. Car was supposed to arrive in 1 day since I was only about 300 miles from the dealership, but it ended up taking 2 days before I received the vehicle. This is not the dealerships fault but thought I would mention it anyway. Tasho followed up with me both days to check the status of if I had received the car or not and showed concern when it hadn’t arrived and I hadn’t heard from the driver. He was my medium between the shipping company and myself and I appreciated his for making sure my car was delivered safely. Tasho checked up with me for the next couple of days - I casually mentioned I was surprised about the amount of rock chips, not expecting anything, and Tasho sent Audi touch-up paint in next-day air to me. Extremely over the top and again just great service overall! TLDR; buy from Ultimo Motorsport!!!

I purchased a Mercedes Benz CLA45 AMG from this dealer. This was an out of state purchase as I am in Ohio. Tasho was extremely easy to work with. Very quick responses and willing to work by text throughout the process as well, which makes it a lot easier during a busy day. I didn’t have one hold up while going through the purchase and they made shipping very easy. The car was to my door in under 48 hours from signing the papers. Very impressed with the dealership and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a like-new, used BMW 435i convertible this month from Ultimo Motors NorthShore. Tasho and the rest of the team made the experience the easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered. They have a great indoor showroom and the car was in great condition just like Tasho said it was. It’s nice to know the car wasn’t sitting out in the elements. Nearly all conversations were done through email, which made the experience very easy and with low stress. I absolutely hate going into a dealership to buy a car, only to be there for 4+ hours and the salesperson needing to “talk to the manager” about everything. I drove to Ultimo Motors from Iowa and was out the door in under 90 minutes with my car (including inspecting the car, test drive, trade-in, and signing paperwork). This is a solid place and they had the best price within 250 miles of where I live. Would definitely buy another car with Tasho and his team.

Was looking for a Mercedes Benz S550 4matic and Ultimo had one loaded to the tilt. Tasho greeted us at the door and we were very impressed on how clean the dealership was and the selection of quality vehicles. Test drove the car, enjoyed the ride, got a good deal, and drove home. This is my second purchase from Ultimo Motors,(first at this location), I referred a friend and he purchased a vehicle, and I'll definitely recommend and purchase again.

We purchased a vehicle from just last week from this dealer. Tasho was professional, courteous and very good to work with.
