I purchased a Pre-Owned Porsche Boxster S from Ultimo Motors online from 900 miles away, and included a trade of my vehicle in the process. The entire deal could not have gone smoother. Tasho was very professional, prompt and detailed from negotiating the trade-in via email and phone, through picking up the vehicle. I reviewed the paperwork in advance, then drove my car 900 miles to trade it in and pick up the Porsche I purchased. I had full confidence this dealership would complete the deal as expected, and they did. When I arrived, my new vehicle was spotless and ready to go. We went for a quick test drive then we worked quickly through the documentation and I was on my way. I wish I had more time to spend in their spectacular indoor showroom full of high end vehicles. Working through the sale and warranty documentation with Brian was a breeze. He was also very detailed and professional. This is a no-nonsense specialty dealership with the type of professionals you want to deal with when you're purchasing an expensive vehicle, especially from far away. I flew from Denver to Chicago to make a final inspection on my 2013 Cayenne GTS. The car was as promised in pristine condition with 20,000 miles. I had a blast driving it back home. When I arrived, Larry LaCoste greeted me and with his vast knowledge and experience with Porsche really convinced me I was getting a phenomenal vehicle. He has followed up with me a few times to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. A great guy. Found the Porsche Cayman S I purchased on-line and priced right. Larry made the process simple and painless for me. They delivered the car to my mechanic to check out. Picked it up for me and stored it for me until my trailer was delivered. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Owning a new car is always a pleasure, the purchasing process, not so much. Last year I purchased a new BMW X5 and the dealer exerience was weak, not what I expected from a BMW dealer. It was high pressure and they purposely avoided a few important points about the car in order to get it out the door. So if a new car dealer has issues what should my expectation be of an auto reseller? I had been looking for an Audi Rs7 for over a year and one of the main reasons I hadn’t pulled the trigger was the thought of going through the buying experience. About a month ago I found a car with the options I liked and called Ultimo. I reached Larry and asked a few questions about the car I was looking at, he was gracious and took the time to get me what I needed. Really the deal took a full month to process as I travel a fair amount. Each time we spoke Larry was more than helpful and offered up information with zero pressure. In that month Larry built trust with me and in the end we cut a deal. I had the car trucked from Chicago to Seattle, Larry set it up for me (an expectation) and proceeded to track the car for me, when I couldn’t reach the company after the transport truck had to stop for a flat tire he was all over it and fed me information along the way. Car arrived and the driver mentioned during the unloading process how Ultimo had a lot of really nice cars but what struck him as different was that all the folks he interracted with were polite and kind. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I felt it worthy to blow a little sunshine Larry’s way, thanks man you restored my faith in the car purchasing experience. To add I bought this car sight unseen, that’s trust.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I have four kids and it was important for me not to get trapped by sales people at the dealership, which had recently happened. Larry made it easy to take care of most everything (price, paperwork, etc) before we even showed up. We had a pleasant time, with kids in tow, in the waiting area and looking at the sparkly cars while we finished paperwork.

I was somewhat wary of making my first online purchase of a car sight unseen with no test drive or close inspection of the car. I had done my research on the Porsche Panamera and spent quite some time looking at cars. I found a low mileage and reasonably priced Panamera at Ultimo Motors, and reached Larry to discuss the car and possible purchase. Everything went very smoothly and the car was delivered to my driveway two days later, as described. The process was very easy and Larry was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I would recommend both Larry and Ultimo Motors to anyone in need of a reliable automobile.

This place is amazing, their show room looks like something out of a fast and furious movie. Great customer service and Larry did everything he could to get me in something around my price range. Thanks to Larry I was able to pull off in an awesome 640 xi Grand Coupe and I’m only 23! I will definitely be going back here to buy my next vehicle.

Not just any car, but your dream car!! It’s all there and more. My salesman Larry LaCoste is a former 1960’s Chicago rock n’ roll legend (and still looks it) and there’s nothing better than shopping for a cool car and talking rock n’ roll. That was Larry, but I also got to meet the rest of the staff and every one of them looks to have their own interesting spin to keep the cool car buying experience energized and interesting. Today I walked out of Ultimo a cool car buyer being extremely satisified with Larry’s friendliness, knowledge and most importantly, price! I’m happy Ultimo opened in Northbrook near my home. I found a Ford pickup online at Ultimo Motors. When I went there I was a little intimidated by all the other great cars they had on the showroom floor. Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and so on. I didn’t expect the same attention looking at a pickup. I was wrong! Larry LaCoste was my salesman and he was great. Professional, polite, great to talk to. He answered my questions or if he didn’t know (he knew luxury sports cars more than pickups) he found out quickly and got back to me ASAP. Same with the vehicle’s service records or other questions. Coincidentally Larry had been a salesman at my Audi dealer years earlier. He knows that market. The sales manager, the finance manager and Larry LaCoste, all were a pleasure to work with. They’ve earned their high ratings.
