Shortline Mazda turned my entire week around!
I came across Shortline Mazda while looking through online deals through my work intranet site in a panic. I am currently in the process of selling my home and had planned on paying of my current vehicle, a Kia Optima, once we closed in 18 days. Unfortunately, 4 days ago the car engine started making a knocking noise and after evaluation was deemed unsafe to drive. Not only was I not ready to buy a a new car, but I was going to be grossly in the negative if I could even use the Kia as a trade in. I spoke with other dealerships and none wanted to deal with the Kia. After receiving an e-mail from Danika at Shortline, I decided to call her and see what I could find out. Not only did she not pressure me on the phone, she listened to my situation and said there were options and I made an appointment for the next day. When I went in to see her everything was transparent and laid out in a way that I could understand and all options were reviewed. I had to leave to pick up my son and come back, where I found out additional options needed consideration, but we were able to figure something out and I was able to purchase a vehicle. Long story short, I was able to have my Kia towed to Shortline where they are willing to store it until I can pay it off within 30 days and then buy it from me, Danika took care of my rental car so I didn't need to make additional stops and figure out a ride, and I left leasing a beautiful 2016 Mazda CX-5. Danika and her team were amazing and I could give Danika nothing short of a hug when I left and almost cried because of the horrible, stressful week that I had been through. I felt like I was more than just another car deal and that it mattered to the sales team that I was taken care of. I will be forever grateful!

Buying our Mazda was a great experience!!
I was looking for a new car for my 22 year old daughter. We were lucky to be helped by Patrick! He was awesome ! He had so much knowledge and was just the right amount of " salesman "! We told him we were looking at a few cars and would know within a week. He called and checked in with me but was not too pushy. Since buying the car in January both he and the sales manager have checked in every 6 weeks or so to see if I was happy with my car I am planning on buying one for me in 2018. The CX 5 is an incredible SUV. Great for a 22 year old and great for her mom!!!

Low pressure and easy
I was looking for a specific new Mazda that no dealers in the state had in stock. I contacted Shortline and not only did this find one for me on its way from Japan but they held it for me (something another dealer would not do without a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit). Once it arrived they sent me a photo of it being unloaded from the truck which I thought was a nice touch. It was held so other customers were not even able to test drive it until I looked at it. I took a while looking it over and test driving it before deciding to go ahead with the purchase at the price we already agreed to. Overall it was a simple, low-pressure, no-hassle purchase with nice sales people.

Easy, stress-free experience
My lease was up and I needed a new vehicle. To make things complicated, my lease was from Wisconsin, so I had to re-title in Colorado... Danika made the experience easy and stress-free, there was no pressure, and I got a great price on an awesome new car! Thank you!

The easiest, lowest pressure car sale I've ever experienced
Talk about making a visit worth my time. The mazda visit was mostly an after thought. I figured I'd test drive the CX5 on my way to other dealerships today. Never made it anywhere else. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Couldn't be any happier.

Awesome experience!
Patrick made buying a car easy and fun! He was very informative and very receptive to what we were looking for. Patrick went out of the way to find the perfect fit for us, from color to budget.
