Excellent experience
Went in just wanting to test drive at first as I was narrowing down the list of cars I was interested in. Was able to test drive with no pressure. Came back the next day because I loved the Mazda 6 grand touring and decided that was the best car and price for what I was looking for. Levi my sales rep showed me everything and walked me through a realatively quick paperwork process and then even helped me get my car home and get back to pick up the new one! Great experience!

Used car purchase went extremely smoothlt
Just purchased a used 2013 CX-9, and never had a purchase go as smoothly as this one. Car is certified, in great shape, and fewer miles than most cars of its vintage. Salesman was very professional and helpful, as was the sales manager.

Worst experince ever!!!!!!!
I bought my wife a used mazda 3. I was told the car was mechanically sound, and they gave me an unheard of military discount! Within a week the check engine light came on, I took it in and was told they would do nothing to help me!!!!!!Come to find out on the emissions report, the code read before I bought the car was a transmission code. I was told by the service department it was probably a miss code and they reset it. Well here we are three months later and have a blown transmission!!! They are scammers!! Dont be fooled by the military discount- they don't care who you are, or what you do. They will sell you a problem car if they can. I wish i could rate them a -5 i dont know how they sleep at night!!

Went in to look at 2012 Mazda 3 I touring model. I figured I wouldn't be able to get to a price I was comfortable with. When Joel came back with the numbers I was shocked. The car was in great shape had 10 miles on it. No pressure sales at all. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I would go back in a heartbeat. I had quotes from 3 different dealers they beat all of them! Tha ms for the great experience guys!!

I purchased a new 2010 Mazda 3 a couple months back, sorry for the delay in rating, But I just wanted everyone to know that my experience here was second to none. I've purchesed more than a dozen vehicles in my life, and this experience was fast, painless and completely worth it for me. There was no pressure, no arguing, no tricks, no-one acted like I was the enemy (much like other dealers do) and the Sales-Manager Lady even came and SAT DOWN with me face to face, talked to me about my deal and their offer, and for that.. I was blown away. For this reason, I will highly recommend GATEWAY MAZDA to anyone for their New or Used car purchase. This was my first Mazda vehicle as well, its holding up well now with over 6000 miles. =) Thanks a bunch Gateway! Kelly Crisman P.S. Finance worked her tail off for me to get me the Rate, and Lender that I Wanted! The ENTIRE experience, from First looking at my car, through the Deal to the final signature in Finance was so un-believable painless... WAY TO GO GATEWAY. =) and Thank you.
