Overall my experience with Hyundai was excellent. Gregory gave me everything I've been looking for in a car and more for a great price. I love my new car and don't regret anything!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Excellent Customer Service

It has been a long time since we've considered buying a BRAND new vehicle. The whole experience at Hyundai was positive and refreshing. Honestly, we were in the market for a used vehicle, but part of the reason we ended up with a new one was because we loved that the actual price we would pay was clearly stated on the sticker. There was no back and forth haggling. The other reason was our sales associate. We never felt pressured and he genuinely only seemed interested in finding us the options we were looking for and staying within our budget. Jeff truly was concerned with our family's needs and provided us with the information we needed to make a decision. We believe we found the perfect vehicle; it had exactly what we wanted with nothing we didn't need. He also took the time to show us how everything worked and set up our blue tooth. He stayed after everyone had left that night to make sure our vehicle was delivered in perfect condition! I am still in awe of how smoothly buying a new car was and Jeff was entirely the reason for it!

Geoff was great. Brand new 40 inch tv for free with my purchase. I'm so happy with my new car. If you need a new car this is the place to go.

Breath of fresh air from Checkered Flag!

Joey Swearingen (salesperson) gave me the best experience that I have ever had in buying a car (new or used). No pressure, no games, very knowledgeable also - nothing but honesty, patience & hard work to make things happen. I told the manager the exact same thing before we left the dealership that night. Kudos to Joey & Checkered Flag Hyundai. On another note, I did not receive anything but pushy salesmen at the other local Hyundai dealerships (Hall & Priority) prior to visiting Checkered Flag, so I will not recommend those other dealerships to anyone.

Loyal Customer

I have driven a Hyundai since he nineties. I started with an Elantra, and now I am on my fourth Santa Fe! Each one I have purchased with Checkard Flag. Why? Because the people make me feel as though I am part of the family. They take care of my car and are extremely friendly and professional. The "Service" and "Parts" department are fantastic. I have never experience such compassion, courtesy, professionalism and friendliness in any other dealership in my lifetime. I just love Amanda. She used to be my service writer before getting her well deserved promotion. Everyone is so nice and always has a way of making you feel right at home! Don't let go of anyone - sales, service, parts or finance department.

good experience. no pressure. just straightforward info and answers. very friendly salesman. He took the time to go over how your company operates differently form the other dealers in the area. I liked the price being right there on the windshield. Did not have to go back and forth for a good price. I knew I was going to buy a vehicle from there before I left.
