Worst Car Buying Experience – Avoid Auto Nova! I had one of the worst experiences at Auto Nova, and I strongly advise others to stay away. The person I dealt with, Mehmet, who claims to be the manager, was extremely aggressive, rude, and unprofessional throughout the process. He made the entire buying experience stressful and uncomfortable. After purchasing the car, the dealership completely stopped caring about customer service. There’s no proper after-sales support, and the owner is never available to escalate concerns. Mehmet continues to act as the sole point of contact, which only makes things worse given his attitude. If you're expecting professionalism, respect, or any post-sale assistance, Auto Nova is not the place. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. I deeply regret trusting this dealership.
