Repair Work

Always a pleasure working with Cindy Ladd. Her customer service and personality are outstanding...main reason why I schedule my repairs there...she is always friendly and honest with what needs to get repaired.

I had questions. The dealer had answers.

I had questions about why my replacement tires were so expensive and the service and parts departments worked together to get me product information sheets detailing the specifications of the performance tire we installed versus the bargain tire available in the same size to help me understand the price difference. I felt I needed this detail to be an informed consumer and understand why the expensive tires were worth the extra price.

oil change

did not have to wait long for the service to be done in and out in less than 1 hour and the coffee was allways hot

Waited over two hours for a scheduled oil change

Waited over two hours for a scheduled oil change, after waiting around and seeing no one working on my vehicle, I inquired with service as to what was taking so long. Apparently the technician never received the service manager’s note that I didn’t want any additional service, and I sat there for 2 hours and 30 minutes for a job that was done within the first 20 minutes of my arrival. They also wouldn’t honor coupons I received for service from my original chevy dealer. It will be cheaper and faster for me to do it myself next time.

NYS Inspection

The service staff are very courteous, and friendly. Willing to assist you with all of your needs and also able to recommend other items that you may need at you time of inspection.

Easy to deal with very personable

Very personable, easy to deal with, had my car ready and went over everything in and outside of the car. Dealership clean and had cars that could be test driven. Many dealerships did not let me test drive

Great salesperson and smooth delivery with no surprises

My wife and I went to dealer to test drive a few new Chevy models to determine what she wanted when her lease was up. Hour or so later we had purchased a new Tahoe. Dealer worked with us on our current lease and felt like we received a great deal on the Tahoe. My wife is happy and we were extremely pleased with the professionalism of this dealership and all there people. Everyone went out of their way to make this a smooth transaction. I would recommend Websmart Chevrolet to anyone along with Sam green who we worked with. She did a 1st class job.

Helped me get out of a bad truck

They helped me get out of a bad lease and into a nice Silverado at a reasonable payment. They were very educated on the vehicles as well as helped me setup my phone in the truck

From sales to service, this is a first class operation. Everything they do is customer oriented, with the goal to leave you satisfied with your choice of vehicle, sales rep, and service writers. The girls you deal with in the office are the best, setting up appointments are easy, you get text or e-mail reminders. All this lets you end up knowing you picked the right dealership.
