I didn't like that I may be losing my complementary oil changes because the dealership has changed name. I still have two more complimentary rotation and oil changes but was told that they may not honor them.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my satellite radio looked at at 4pm. They said bring it in at 6:15pm. I was out at 7pm. Just awesome...

people didn’t know what they were doing I waited 45 min to get my truck back Poor attitude Paperwork wasn’t done i called at 11 am yesterday after waiting a week to get my truck back, after being on hold with 4 different people they said I could come get it before midnight. I came down around 5 and there was one person working. The lady I spoke to was clearly overwhelmed and un professional. She didn’t know how to put the loaner car back in the system and couldn’t find my paperwork... I had to wake 45 min to get my truck back, no paperwork, and they were rushing me out the door after they found my keys. Everything about my visit was completely un acceptable and Iv never had such a bad expierence at this service center.

Dan was great to work with and he made the car buying experience easy from beginning to end. I would recoomend Websmart to anyone looking to buy.
