Jay the General Manager is resolving this issue! We purchased a Cadillac on July 5, 2025. We have been unable to receive a title and tags after 2 months. Numerous phone calls and escalations have been fruitless. We cannot drive the car and are still waiting.

Fraudulently assed a $130 charge without explanation to

Fraudulently assed a $130 charge without explanation to my credit card deposit. Added a $993 warranty charge even though I declined it. Insisted that the protection application was applied and I had no choice to include it in the contract if I wanted the car. Buying experience was very negative and dishonest. I would stay away from this dealer.

Over all everyone was very nice and pleasant.

Over all everyone was very nice and pleasant. The car didn’t have time to be detailed or wash the vehicle and the gas tank was half full. but we arrived late . We were offered to come back but we are an hour and a half away on a good day. All and all we are very happy with our purchase.
