Jake provided a 5-star service, I'm a person that justo to think about going to a dealership I get anxious, but Jake emails and communication style made me comfortable since the beginning, when I finally went to the Dealer things only got better, very friendly, respectful and better of all not pushy style made my decision easy. I'm thankful that I crossed paths with Jake and everyone at Massey Cadillac. I'm already planning my next visit. Escalade IQ here I come!

Totally unimpressed with both Massey North and Massey South. Website lists calls at different location that where they are listed on website. Talked to sales people at both locations. Neither seems very ambitious about answering my question about a specific vehicle. Individual at North location was going to get me information. Have never heard from again. Recommend management crack the whip around this dealership.

Dropped off my 2019 Cadillac CT6V had a few problems with it have been dealing with mashing now for Uber a year really impyes if everybody ran their business like this place it would be less stressful because I know I'm in the car business myself especially Tammy Parker she's on top of things she knows what's going on and she keeps in contact I'm really impressed Also like to comment on technician name David Real professional I'll continue to do business with these people
