This was my first time getting my car serviced at Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land, and it was a great experience. I needed to have my 2025 Acura MDX inspected for the recent brake pedal recall. The staff was friendly and attentive to everything I needed — especially Broderick Edwards. He paid attention to every detail, making sure the entire process went smoothly. Broderick arranged Uber rides for both drop-off and pick-up and truly made me feel like a VIP. Thank you, Broderick, for your outstanding service!

There were issues identified with struts and brake
There were issues identified with struts and brake linings when I took the SUV in for regular servicing. Broderick, the service adviser was very courteous and quick in getting everything resolved the same day. I also appreciate the complimentary Uber service this dealership provides, it makes dropping off/picking up the vehicle for services very convenient
