I called the dealership to schedule an appointment to have a recall installed on my 2020 Acura MDX. My service advisor (Broderick Edwards) made sure that when I come in the part will. Be in. He kept me informed of other areas of service that may be needed. Overall this was a great day and a great experience with Acura Sugarland.

I was looking for another reliable vehicle and decided to purchase a 2018 pilot ex-L. We had a trade in and got the best price for it, which made the notes very affordable. Nohea and his manager were very conscientious about getting me something I was happy with, and the team prepared an affordable plan along with daily updates on the progress of the sale. Kind, friendly, and stuck to their word on all matters of the sale. Overall, a wonderful experience, especially when buying a vehicle can be so stressful. 1.had to come back to the dealership to set the oil at

1.had to come back to the dealership to set the oil at 100% 2. The jack and wheel lock was left out as is and was wasn’t locked and put away.
