Called the dealer to schedule a recall service . Everything was done in a very friendly and efficient way. Uber rides given while the car was worked on. So very nice people

Sarp was my Service Advisor and did a great job.

Sarp was my Service Advisor and did a great job. I was able to get an oil change and a recall completed on my 2019 RDX. I waited for this to done and got out in short order. Thank you Sarp for accommodating me. I rate his job a “10”.

Came in for an oil change upon arrival, everyone was attentive and courteous. Sal Gurer was my service advisor; very polite and helpful. I had an oil change, multi point inspection and car wash it was all done within an hour.

Everyone at the Dealership was attentive and courteous.

Everyone at the Dealership was attentive and courteous. Immediately upon driving up to the service area, I was greeted. The facility was clean and welcoming. Sarp Gurer was my service advisor. I came in for an oil change and on checking me in Sarp informed me in advance of an additional charge for oil before starting service. He kept me updated on the status of my car while I waited. He informed me that in addition to the oil change, a multi point inspection was also done, as well as a car wash. Sarp was polite and thorough. I was there for about an hour; pleasant experience.
