My advisor was very knowledgeable.

My advisor was very knowledgeable. He explained to me in detail what and when I needed some servicing done. He even mentioned a price match when the issue of my tires being replaced came up! He also reminded me of a recall I forgot about and explained how Acura was going to take care of the replacement. All in all, I was impressed with Broderick and I will recommend him to any family or friend who is inquiring about Acura of Sugarland.

My service advisor, Sarp Gurer, was a pleasure to work

My service advisor, Sarp Gurer, was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help me understand the service my car needed and how much it would cost me. He communicated with me and also with the mechanic working on my car as well as the warranty company covering my repairs. We also connected on our mutual love of exotic green plants. He made the whole experience much easier than it might otherwise have been. Thanks Sarp!

I have Mr.

I have Mr. Edward’s as my service adviser and he is always so kind and truth on all the services. The staff there were very courteous and respectful. The waiting room was well stocked of coffee and snacks while you wait .
