Quick and easy Kevin was awesome. Was happy that Lyft was provided. The service answering the phone could use some updating. Women who answered phone didn?t seem to know what she was doing

When I arrived for routine service, the person couldn?

When I arrived for routine service, the person couldn?t seem to understand my name or my telephone number. I had to repeat my phone number three or four times. He finally had to go get somebody else who did understand what I was saying. My service advisor then told me I would have an approximately one to one and a half hour weight, but it still it took 2 1/2 hours. He texted me his phone number to ask any questions, and when I texted him back with a question. I never got a response. The total estimated charges at the time that I signed the authorization did not include the so-called ?shop? charge. When I ask about the shop charge, the advisor pointed me to fine print at the bottom of the authorization form which he had not called my attention to previously. All in all, I was disappointed in the experience at Sugarland Acura.
