Joshua provided exceptional service from beginning to end. He kept me informed while my vehicle was being repaired and answered all my questions. He?s extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Also, thank you to Christian (I believe that?s his name) for staying late so that I could pick up my vehicle after work. He was very professional and helpful in making sure I had everything I needed before I left with my vehicle.

As an out of state buyer I had multiple phone

As an out of state buyer I had multiple phone conversations and texts and worked out a deal only to find out they lied to me. After I spent two days and two flights to get there they still did not honor our agreement .i should have got it in writing. My salesman was caught in the middle , poor guy he was ok. This dealership is not an honorable establishment that I would deal with again, even when i enlightened the manager in writing I still received no calls or remedies. I recommend extreme caution when your discussing a deal so you do not become a victim of lies and deception like I was exposed to I kept hearing “ you have my word” “ trust me” , “you have nothing to worry about”. Well the proof is evident and they have done it to themselves and I can’t believe them after my experience.

The dealership is very professional and friendly with customers. My service advisor Mr. Sharp Gurer was friendly and took the time to explain services needed after the inspection was completed. He also made sure we was comfortable as my husband and I waited in the waiting room for services to be completed. I highly recommend Acura Sugar Land and Mr. Gurer.

I purchased the car getting a timing belt put in and now

I purchased the car getting a timing belt put in and now two years later I’m having issues and they will not replace it. This is a bad dealership bad management I would not recommend

Not following up on service requests - dropped car off, and they didn’t perform the requested service on the door lock malfunction. It’s been a week and no promised call back on a solution.
