Salesperson initials AJ was inattentive, not that

Salesperson initials AJ was inattentive, not that knowledgeable and didn’t follow up/ respond to my inquires after the purchase of my vehicle. The service team (especially Josh) was excellent, and the mangers (Mike Powell) there were good as well- they took care of business in a fair and professional manner unlike that exhibited by AJ who could benefit from working on her customer service skills.

Pratik is beyond exceptional when it comes to taking

Pratik is beyond exceptional when it comes to taking pride in his work and providing quality customer service. He is very respectful, courteous, and goes beyond expectations to help his customers. I had the opportunity to have him as a sales professional and now I get to interact with him as a service professional which is a real treat. He is a highly commendable person and I hope Acura realizes how valuable he is to their team.
