My experience was first class.
My experience was first class. Broderick Edward’s went above and beyond in making sure we were well taken care of. He explained the paperwork very well and kept me informed as to the progress of my repair. I appreciated the use of a loaner car very much. To be honest, Broderick made me feel like I was dealing with a small town dealership instead of a big city dealership with his personal attention to my needs. I am totally satisfied with my experience and will be back for future needs. Thank you!

My service advisor, Joshua Campbell, went above and beyond to keep me up to date with the service status, went over each recommended service that was found during inspection and advised which ones were pertinent and which ones are able to be worked on at a later time. He also went above and beyond to work with the unexpected cost of some of these services. He kept me informed and communicated every step of the way. He has made me a customer for life, as this type of customer focused service is hard to find! If I can rate his service at a million, I would!
