I just purchased a new Lexus Rx 450HL. A beautifull, unique car. I love it. I strongly recommend Lexus of Wayzata in Minnesota. Hid highly appreciated customer service skills will make you enjoy the buying experience. He is an extremelly pleasant person to talk to. I found my car on-line, Tim contacted me, sent me videos with this beautifull car, explain me the differences and advantages of an Rx compared to other car manufacturers and closed the deal. I have owned 3 Lexus - all purchased from this dealer. My salesperson, Ignacio Garrigos, was extremely helpful. Service is always easy and accommodating if I need a car for the day. Luxury waiting room is also very nice if one chooses to wait during service. I LOVE my Lexus and will go back to Ignacio when I am ready for my next upgrade!

Tri Bui was a first class. I showed up a week earlier by mistake and Tri still somehow found a way to shoehorn me in.

Greg Loop understood my used car parameters (make, mileage, year, price etc. ) and worked in those parameters. He didn't push or blather on about options that were meaningless to me. (i.e. F Sport pkg, paddle shifters) He got it...he understood and focused on what I wanted, an LS, not what he thought I wanted. It will be some time before I buy a car again and when I do I"ll work with Greg.
