I’ve been working with Ignacio for nearly 6 years. He’s the best! The last year of my previous lease was particularly stressful for me, as I had moved further away from work and I was going to go over my miles. Ignacio was very patient with me and was diligent in his communication. With some creativity, he and Sales Manager Rich Barfknecht were able to get me out of my lease 7 months early and into my new UX 250h at a great payment. Eric the Technology Specialist was very thorough and an absolute blast to work with! I highly recommend asking for Ignacio by name!!

John MacEachern was our main contact. He was considerate and courteous all throughout the trade in of our old Lexus and the purchase of our certified 2017 ES Lexus. He answered questions promptly and clearly whether by phone, text, or email. We were very pleased with the price of this vehicle and working with John. He even called us to check on everything a few days later. We are happy Lexus owners and recommend Lexus of Wayzata!
