We worked with Bob H. At Lexus and he was so great to work with. He didn’t rush us and allowed us to make a decision when we were ready. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We would highly recommend Bob Horowitz at Lexus!

Working with Joe Nathanson.

In all my vehicle buying years striking a deal with the right salesperson, Joe Nathanson was the absolute greatest. He listens to everything you say whether negative or positive and was very personable while working with me. He wanted to make sure I had a pleasant experience while purchasing my new vehicle. I love my Lexus 450H, its nice to drive in luxery. Thanks Joe for selling me my first Lexus and that you take the time out of your busy schedule to call me every now and then, to see how things are going.

Deceptive and evasive

I went in to lease a new Lexus based on their website advertised price. They refused to honor it, blamed Lexus of North America for the ad, and said every other dealer does the same thing. They were breaking the law. I filed a BBB complaint, and they did change the advertising but never admitted fault, and again tried to blame the consumer. Lexus of North America was even worse. Lexus IS NOT the brand it used to be. Buyer Beware!

Joe is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He has all the characteristics you’d want your Lexus representative to have when buying a car. I don’t like buying cars and he made the experience enjoyable and relaxing.

Lexus of Wayzata used car purchase review

Great experience - strongly recommend noticed a very special 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S, with extremely low miles. Bob Horwitz made all negotiations easy and had great follow up. I was also reunited with an old friend in service - Bob Holm, who has taken excellent care of me and my vehicles for over 10 years.
