I’ve had the pleasure of working with Joe Nathanson since purchasing my 2020 UX 250h. He was patient, kind, & knowledgeable while also being personable & laid back throughout the process. He answered all my questions regarding different models & was very helpful while I test drove the UX, NX, & RX. Since my purchase, some concerns have come up & he has gotten back to me in a timely manner & has put my concerns to at ease. I would recommend Joe to anyone in the market for a Lexus.

Joe N. was FABULOUS!! I told him what type of car I was looking for and he found me the perfect one the exact same day! He wasn't pushy at all, but still took great care of me. Very happy with our purchase at Lexus of Wayzata

Bob Horwitz was helpful, friendly, and very congenial. Just had a couple of minor communication glitches. Overall good experience! Would definitely recommend. We love our new RX350

5K Service

An email reminded me that I am approaching my 5k service date and set it up online for an in home pick up. I received a phone call a few minutes later from Curt Dansie. He was calling to confirm the pick up time and provide overall expectations. He kept me informed and followed up as necessary. It was a pleasure working with Curt. He provided me with top notch service and I will look for him the next time I am in need of service.

Great experience - great team; efficient/fun and easy.

Cal (Ryan) and his team did stellar job getting me into the right vehicle and professionally delivering and ES 350 as I hoped (and expected) as I sold Cadillacs earlier in my career the same way).
