He answered all my questions regarding different models & was very helpful while I test drove the UX, NX, & RX. An email reminded me that I am approaching my 5k service date and set it up online for an in home pick up. I received a phone call a few minutes later from Curt Dansie. He was calling to confirm the pick up time and provide overall expectations. He kept me informed and followed up as necessary. It was a pleasure working with Curt. He provided me with top notch service and I will look for him the next time I am in need of service.

Cal (Ryan) and his team did stellar job getting me into the right vehicle and professionally delivering and ES 350 as I hoped (and expected) as I sold Cadillacs earlier in my career the same way).
