I inquired about a pre-owned Honda CR-V on your website. I had the pleasure of being contacted by Ignacio Garrigos. I told him that I would be sending my daughter in to test drive and he let me know that she should make an appointment. She did and when another family arrived to view the same vehicle he immediately contacted my daughter to let her know in case she wanted to cancel her appointment. She decided to go anyway, but by the time she arrived the vehicle was sold. Ignacio immediately emailed me to apologize for any inconvenience and let me know he would keep his eye out for similar vehicle and let me know if one came in. His communication with my daughter and I was so refreshing and I feel displays exceptional customer service. He was so apologetic that my daughter may have been inconvenienced when the vehicle she was looking at had been sold. What a wonderful salesperson you have in Ignacio. While we didn't have the pleasure of making him a sale, it was a wonderful experience!
