My rep Mike was courteous, communicative, including keeping me posted on time remaining . to complete service. He maintained social distance and walked me to my car. He even told me how to avoid highway construction on my way home. Above and beyond!

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Purchased a certified Lexus and it was not what was described or promised. I drove four hours from Wisconsin to see this car that was in an undisclosed accident. Clear coat runs, peeling paint, etc. Beware.
