Noise with newer car, wasn’t sure if there was any issue. Service advisor and mechanic were nice, but could have been much simpler to just have someone listed quick and say - that’s. _____ and drive off. Appointment making was less than stellar - as they said I needed an appointment. At end - was no problem and they didn’t charge, so was good.

From start to finish I had great service. Celeste was especially helpful and accommodating. She is friendly and personable. She was so kind to offer me something to drink while she completed the paperwork.

I am so happy to had Danna Poppen as a sale man. He helped me to make car nice and clean like new, and bring it home. He is very nice, very helpful, very friendly!

The service consultants overall are great and friendly. My service advisor did great. The only concern is that I observed other dealer's staff are walking around w/o masks inside. Not good.

Classy place. Nice lounge. We felt comfortable. We enjoyed our salesman John MacEachern. He was fun and we had a mutual friend. We had a long wait for the finance guy because it was the end of the month. That would be our only complaint. They cleaned up the vehicle very nicely. We were happy with everything and love the vehicle
