I was concerned by the lack of mask wearing by employees...

I was concerned by the lack of mask wearing by employees and customers. I stood outside to avoid contamination for 1-1/2 hours on a rainy day I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years getting my SUV serviced and the customer service has been inconsistent. Excellent to poor

They’re always very accommodating, I’m able to get in for a maintenance appt. at my convenience. Tri, my service rep, has always been helpful, very professional yet personable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. My only problem is that it’s inconveniently located for me, but that’s no reflection on the service.

Pleasant, quick

This dealership demonstrates that it cares about its customers by emailing service reminders, moving quickly when a customer arrives, being personable and friendly, getting service done quickly. I enjoy dealing with them.

Due to the Covid-19 this is the 1st time I ever purchased...

Due to the Covid-19 this is the 1st time I ever purchased a car online. You are really at the mercy of the dealership to be upfront and honest about the car. After receiving my car which was shipped over 500 miles I was very pleased with the appearance of the car and so far it’s drivability. 1 day and counting, looking forward to enjoying our new used car. Only down side was the scratches not being addressed inside on the door sills. Otherwise working with Russell Lawrentz was a great experience and yes I would do it again. Thanks Russell.

FANTASTIC experience!!

John Mac made my buying experience easy and enjoyable! Beyond happy with the outcome. I was pretty intimidated as it was my first time buying a car, but John put all my worries to rest. He paid close attention to what I was looking for and let me test drive options to my heart's content. Once I knew the type of car I wanted and my budget, John called me the moment it arrived on the lot. Happy to report that days after I bought the car I drove it to Columbus to meet my new nephew with no issues at all. Truly the perfect car for me. Thank you!

Great service all the way around! Every employee was great! The explanation of features was super. I can’t remember the employees name but he was approachable and nice! ( he had an “Jordan” mask)

I purchased my first ever Lexus and the service at Lexus of Wayzata did not disappoint. They worked with me until there was a satisfying deal on trade and on my new car. Bob and his staff took the necessary time to show me all the different ways my car could be affordable for me. They gave me many options to choose from. My experience at Lexus and with Bob the salesman were a perfect 10.
