Great experience

I purchased a 2018 LC500 sight unseen as I live in California. Dealing with Cal and Sergio was very easy. Cal sent me a video of the car, helped with shipping and followed up all along the process. The car arrived and was exactly as described. I was very happy with my experience.

Chris, the service employee, who assisted me. Was very thorough, courteous, wore a mask which I greatly appreciated and was a true professional. The service work was accomplished quickly. Terrific dealership.

Took awhile but now pleased with the outcome.

I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. I spent about two hours at the dealership. They could not find any leaks so the tire was removed and seal bead, replaced TPMS fit kit. I drove home and found the tire flat again the next morning. Car was towed back to Lexus, waited more than five hours then called them. Doug said they did find a very small hole when they put the tire in a water tank. They did a patch repair but we agreed leaving the car overnight would verify it was fixed. Glad to say that worked. I really appreciate that the repair and tow were complimentary.

Easy process in leasing the car.

Very customer oriented. The salesman, Jamie made it a very easy, pleasant, stressless experience in leasing a car. The gentleman who delivered the car to us due to the virus was very pleasant to work with.

Great buying experience

I purchased a low-mileage, used RX 350, and was completely satisfied with the ease and feel of the whole experience. I never felt pressured into a choice I wasn't interested in, and was in fact encouraged to take some time with the vehicle I initially test drove as well as alternatives, to make sure I walked out of there with the car that was going to make me happy. John and the team at Lexus of Wayzata did a great job.
