I have been a customer with Wayzata Lexus since 2003 and this is my fifth vehicle from the dealership. High quality service! Highly recommend doing business with them.

Appointment was made right after we called, did not have to wait even a week to get it. Very thoughtful of the current COVID situation. Work done in a timely matter. Washed vehicle and even filled up the gas tank!

We were greeted by a service coordinator and guided to the Service Desk promptly. Chris had the paper work ready for me and my he service work was done. The car was washed and I was out the door in about an hour. Everything went smoothly and as usual your service department was pleasant and professional. Jim Petersen

Russell is a good salesman for Lexus

Dealership is quality very good choices of units to purchase. Becky in finance very good customer service representative of what companies need in our businesses today from my point of view as a consumer. We did not purchase used vehicle at this time decided to wait a later date to purchase a new one. Going to contact Russell first and give him the opportunity to sell us a new one.

Good service and helpful information . Service was done in timely manner. Sales associate took the time to explain upcoming choices even though he was not the one we have typically been working with.

Upfront, clear, and pressure-free

I worked with Michael to purchase my first vehicle as a post-grad. Having little experience with vehicle research and purchasing, Michael was helpful and patient. He and the rest of the Lexus of Wayzata staff were honest and straightforward with the steps in the process. Michael was willing to work at my pace and made me feel comfortable in a new environment. From the moment I stepped in the door to the day I drove away with my certified pre-owned Lexus, I felt welcomed and valued as a car buyer. I am very happy with my experience at Lexus of Wayzata!

Good experience

We stopped in to test drive an RX 350 and drove home with a great used vehicle. This dealership is huge with a very big inventory and selection. For those waiting for service, the waiting area is very nice. The best part of our experience was working with Russell. Russell was very professional, friendly and spent a lot of time working with us, without high pressure. He let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted to drive, just kept pulling them out for us if we wanted to see something different. After landing one we wanted to buy, the process was quick, they found us an excellent interest rate, and they were very accommodating. If we ever buy another Lexus in the future, Russell has won our future business. Thank you, Russell! Also a shout out to Eric, who was great. We bought during COVID, but he stood by the vehicle and walked us through some key features, got our cell phones set up and was very helpful. Thanks, Eric!
