I cant believe what a night and day difference it was in how we were treated here vs other car dealerships. Within the past couple months I had been to probably 10 different dealerships and not once did I ever feel like I was treated as anything other than a customer... Well, when we went to Lexus Wayzata looking for my wife's car and met Mr. John Mac, we felt like we had just made a friend! It didn't even feel like we were buying a vehicle from him it was so stress and pressure free. He was genuinely interested in our lives and our car buying needs. Every time we saw him walking around he had a smile on his face. He went above and beyond regular customer service! Thank you John!

Recently p;purchased my leased car/ The accountant missed our first two appointments. He set them.After discussing the financing arrangements on the phone, that we both agreed to, at the closing they were totally different that agreed upon. The sales rep Val Utterman was good to work with. Not a good way to be treated.

This dealership is welcoming and very accommodating. I was not sure of protocols as I scheduled my first service visit. Nothing could have been easier. There were plenty of appointment options including on a Saturday which I selected. I arrived early and consequently my service work was finished early. I really appreciated that.

They take their time to answer and take care of your questions. Wonderful surroundings and efficient, intelligent people hired to make your experience satisfactory. The old saying is you get what you pay for is true here... Lexus cars are a luxury dependable vehicle that you can drive proudly for a long time. I know, I’m still driving proudly my 2007 ES 350... Karan did everything he could to make my long distance purchase smooth. There were difficulties with my flight and the dealership worked with me even though it was certainly an inconvenience to them. I was asking for exceptional service and not one of the team made me feel rushed or uneasy with what I needed. I would highly recommend this dealership!
