End of year email offers for service specials are pointless..... Rec'd email at 830am regarding end of year service specials that're good until Dec 31, 2019.............. As of 831am, next available service time slot is Jan 2, 2020. Pointless click-bait email.

Purchased new RX350
This is our 5th Lexus purchased at Lexus of Wayzata. Our previous sales person retired. This time we worked with Bob Horwitz. We looooooved Bob! He was easy-going, good sense of humor, great customer service...and just a good guy. He even took care of me on his day off, answering emails, text and phone calls! Would definitely work with Bob again.
