After a rocky start, the general manager really came through. I had an issue with a service department manager about included maintenance with my purchase. The general manager became aware of the issue, called me directly, and went above and beyond in providing a resolution. I gave 4 stars as the problem should not have happened in the first place but I will be back as a satisfied customer.

Iham is great! He helped us find the perfect vehicle and made sure we received a good price. Smile(spell) in finance was very nice and got us out in a timely matter. Shout out to Nik for also helping. Nathan setup the car for us and made us feel comfortable with all the new tech. Overall it was a great experience.

As I walked in to Lexus of Wayzata I was welcomed by a receptionist that was friendly and very inviting. She even remembered my name the next day as well as the salesman that I was working with. The facility was clean and had a very relaxing waiting area with many accomodations. But to top it all off John MacEachern in sales was all out amazing. He listened to want I wanted. He was welcoming, pleasant and very professional. I recommend everyone go speak with John Mac. I would just like to say thanks again to all of Lexus of Wayzata making my experience the best.
