It’s actually fun to have your service at Wayzata Lexus.

It’s actually fun to have your service at Wayzata Lexus. I am a car guy and really respect the Tech Manager and Service manager. They know their cars and strive to keep the customers happy. Fun to look as the new models as well.

I like all the customer service people.

I like all the customer service people. Very professional. Richard Stack was friendly. Today I was in and the mechanic didn’t update the maintenance sticker or on the Dashboard. I can’t see how much how many miles I have until gas tank is empty. It still says maintenance required so I need to come back to have that updated. I live 60 miles away so it’s a hassle. I have to wait now to come back in until I have other errands in the area.
